KundaDance by Maya Fiennes is a 60-minute high & low intensity, fun, uplifting, cardio dance workout combining high & slow tempo parts. It's a creative movement class bringing the best of Kundalini Yoga, Thai Chi & Qi Gong. Think Yoga-Zumba with elements of Qi Gong with healing music vibes!
KundadDance takes you on a journey through the chakras, actively aligning your body, mind & spirit. If you like Kundalini Yoga & love to dance, come & explore this unique & joyous Yoga Dance method! It's a combination of powerful asanas (Yoga poses), pranayama (breath-work) & mindful movement.
It's an amazing modality to shake away any blues, stress, fears & insecurities, cultivate more energy, happiness & vibrancy in your life! Clearing the chakras, stimulating your nervous system, balancing your brain hemispheres, creating endorphins, increasing serotonin, oxytocin & dopamine, energizing & inspiring your entire being - these are just some benefits of KundaDance. During some gentle, slow tempo sections, the body is encouraged to truly absorb energy & come back into balance.
Another vital & original aspect of KUNDA is its Music. Maya Fiennes composed & recorded intentional music written in 528 & 432 frequencies. These healing frequencies have a powerful effect on the body, mind & spirit. This intentionally designed composition of music and mantras has the ability to unlock your full potential & reveal the true essence of your being. Can I just turn up for the class or do I need to pre-book?
Pre-booking is recommended as class sizes are kept small to enable the participants to get my full attention while in class, if the class has space in it then you are welcome to come along and try it out, just contact me by email or phone to reserve a place.

Pay as You Go for an hour class @ £12 Pre-paid 6-11 weeks term time @ £10 per class
There are only limited number of spaces available per class, so please book early and pre-book for the term if you want to be guaranteed a space. Further discounts if booking more than one class per week, including Mindful HeART.
