ReiKi with Sabina

My name is Sabina Dye, I encountered Reiki in Kazakhstan in 2011, where I was enjoying a luxurious hot stone massage by a very skillful and knowledgeable practitioner, who was also a Reiki Healer. I enjoyed the treatment so much and felt so good after it that I wanted to know more about the treatment and I was told that massage was accompanied by Reiki treatment. I got very interested! My Reiki Healer suggested that I visit her Reiki Teacher and get my own training, which I did! In May 2011 I received Level I & in September 2011 I received Level II Reiki from Reiki Master Galina Skidan, who has been practicing Reiki for several years and has been successfully teaching many Reiki students.

Since 2011 I was practicing Reiki for myself and my loved ones and learned a lot about Energy Healing, Crystal Healing and Numerology, various Reiki styles and recently I became Yoga Teacher for kids and adults. I see all of these skills tie in and complement each other very well, as it is all about being Healthy, Happy & Well!

Happy&Well Reiki is welcoming you to explore the powerful healing of the Universal Energy available to all of us.

Reiki practitioners channel this Energy to be able to share it with a person, child, pet, flowers, anything that needs healing or just needs a boost of Energy.

Reiki & Poetry with Sabina Dye

From January 2025 I am starting a new chapter in my Reiki healing journey. I have been writing poems since 2020 and people tell me how powerful they are. Some people’s dreams written in those poems came true very quickly!

So I decided to combine the power of Words and Affirmations with the Healing Power of Reiki to help you on your way to healing and transformation. Taking power into your own hands and working with your Body and Mind to help you heal and strengthen your Body-Mind-Soul connection and Self Belief in Your own power to heal!

In our first session, where we get to know each other, discuss your plans and desires for the future I will ask you questions which will help me compose a Healing Poem just for You, a poem that will help you start connecting with your inner child and healing your wounds from inside. Your Poem will be charged with my Reiki energy and our combined intentions for you to heal, thrive and to grow, and with your own wishes and desires that will lead you into the New You full of health, abundance and happiness. Your Poem will help you center and inspire you to give your Self the love and attention that you may have been withholding for a while. Your poem can be sent as a text and as a recording read by me, so you can listen to it whenever you need.

I feel that healing works best when both parties are involved as equals, with gentle healing energy of love the Healer guides the Person to take his/her own responsibility for his/her Life and actions, thoughts, feelings to start making small changes and little steps towards the Happy & Healthy New You!

• One hour conversation via WhatsApp or FaceTime including 20 minute Reiki  healing and Your Poem to be composed and received within a week @ £100.

• Five consecutive 20-minute remote healing Reiki sessions @£20 each £100.

• Combined Conversation, Poem and 5 Healing Sessions £160.

Payments to be made in advance and timings for all five 20-minute sessions agreed at the first meeting.
