Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible form of yoga that can be practiced while seated, offering benefits like improved flexibility, strength, balance, and reduced stress, making it suitable for people of all ages and abilities, especially seniors and those with limited mobility. In this 45 minute class we will be relaxing, stretching, using pranayama (Yogic breathing) and mindfully moving while listening to our bodies.

Pre-booking is recommended as class sizes are kept small to enable the participants to get my full attention while in class, if the class has space in it then you are welcome to come along and try it out, just contact me by email or phone to reserve a place.
Pay as You Go for a 45 minutes class @ £8 Pre-paid 5-11 weeks term time @ 6 per class
There are limited spaces available per class, so please book early and pre-book for the term if you want to be guaranteed a space.
