Kids Yoga

Kidding Around Yoga for Kids is fun for me & my fellow Yogis! 

 Kidding Around Yoga classes teach Kids to Move & to Relax, to Be Aware & to Have Fun! 

We  learn about and work with our bodies - we Dance, we do Yoga poses to fun songs, we Play games!

We Meditate, we are Mindful, we learn Pranayama (breathing techniques) 

So that at the end of the class we can go to Our Own Individual Secret Gardens, 

where it's so relaxing after a great workout that was more fun than work!!!

Happy & Well Yoga  Classes are Fun & full of Music, Games, Yoga poses, Meditation & Pranayama.

What to wear for Happy&Well Yoga session?

Yoga is a physical activity and children should come in comfortable clothing e.g. shorts/leggings/ t-shirt or long sleeve top in winter. Feet are bare. 

Preparation for the class

Having a drink of water and a healthy snack is helpful if kids are coming to a class after school. It will help with concentration and enable them to get the best out of the class.
